Maisons Alice & Roméo have distinct personalities and perspectives. Set at a 90-degree angle to one another, the cabins face different directions. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame private views across the Missisquoi River Valley and surrounding Green Mountains.

Each cabin accommodates up to two adults. Only registered guests aged 25 or older may stay overnight. Booking both cabins accommodates up to four adults total, with no more than two per cabin.

Each cabin includes living, dining, and kitchen areas; a king bedroom; a bathroom; a balcony with a seasonal outdoor shower and private outdoor space with its own fire pit.

Rates vary by cabin, date, day of the week, season, and length of stay. The price shown for your selected dates is the total stay price, including accommodation and the mandatory housekeeping fee. Applicable taxes are added at checkout and shown before payment. Your complete booking summary will show the accommodation rate, housekeeping, both applicable taxes, and the final total.

A temporary $500 security authorization is normally placed two days before check‑in. It is ordinarily released within seven days after checkout when no covered amount is due, subject to payment‑processor and card‑issuer timing.

Cancellation terms are shown before payment and included in your reservation confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, our Standard 5-Day policy applies: accommodation charges are refundable when we receive a written cancellation at least five days before check-in, less any applicable non-refundable processing fees. Selected high-demand dates may have a 14-day cancellation period, and some rates may be designated non-refundable.

Maximum occupancy is two adults per cabin. Booking both cabins accommodates up to four adults total. Unless stated otherwise during booking, all registered guests must be at least 25 years old. During secure checkout, the primary guest must upload a valid photo ID (driver’s licence or passport) whose name matches the reservation.

Pets, smoking, vaping, cannabis use, parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, and commercial activities are not permitted.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Exterior security cameras cover the parking area, the walkway, main door and balcony doors.

We love the animals around us—from the dogs across the road and cows next door to the chickens, pigs, sheep, Shetland cattle and goats down the road. Because of allergies, we’re currently unable to accommodate pets.
